My parents owned yoga studios when I was growing up, so yoga has been a part of my life since I was eight years old. I took my first class at 8, and taught my first class at 16.

I have used yoga and meditation to help guide me through many of my own challenges in life, and feel that the awareness and strength cultivated through yoga and meditation have helped me heal in ways that have been fundamental to my evolution.

I believe in making yoga accessible and meeting my students exactly where they are. I keep things light and help my students remember how joyful it can feel to cultivate their own energetic environment. I love helping my students use yoga and meditation to gain greater self-love and self-awareness.

I have had the privilege of working in group and private settings with many incredible people, including numerous notable celebrities and professional athletes.

Sometimes it can start to feel like life is happening to us, not for us. We know that there is more happiness and satisfaction we could getting out of life, but we often don't know how to make that happen.

Here's the trick: get aligned with what we truly want, so that we can move forward to create our best life.

As we get ready for a new year, this is a perfect time to take back your role as the conscious creator of your life. Whether you know it or not, you are always creating your life experience. So why not create ON PURPOSE so that you can start living the life you really want, rather than one created by default? You have the power to create a life that is full of what you love, and I’m excited to help you tap into that power.

I'll be guiding you through some yoga, meditation and guided self inquiry to help you get aligned with your highest self so that you can create from that place.

Take a little time out of this moment to slow down and get intentional about what you are inviting into your life. You deserve your best life, let's create it together.

All levels welcome. This workshop is approximately 45 min. of yoga and 45 min. of meditation & guided self inquiry. Cameras can be on or off, come as you are. Invite a friend or family member and make it a hang. What you need: yoga mat, comfy clothes or PJ's, journal or something to write in, pen, blanket, eye cover, water, and an open mind.
